Whole Wheat Fusilli
Whole Wheat Fusilli brings the spiral's famous sauce-trapping ability to wholegrain eating. The tight twists hold pesto in every groove and cradle chunky vegetables in the gaps between turns. Stone-milled whole durum adds a warm, slightly earthy note that pairs particularly well with lemon-dressed or herb-forward sauces where the wholegrain flavour is a complement rather than a competitor. At 10–12 minutes the spirals emerge firm and springy. They are equally good warm from the pan or at room temperature, which makes them the shape to reach for when cooking ahead for the week.
